Tiki Tower ships from Pembroke Pines, Floirda using primarily USPS Priority Mail.

For orders outside the U.S. Please note that shipping has become increasingly expensive. One way we keep our costs as low as possible is by paying for shipping online and printing our labels. Unfortunately the USPS does not allow the purchase of international shipping labels with the exception of PRIORITY and EXPRESS MAIL services which are quite expensive. Also if an international package weighs more than 4lbs it can only go via Priority or Express. Please know that we do not make any profit from these shipping charges and have them set as the most reasonable level possible.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If a print or T-shirt arrives damaged please contact me and we will arrange for an exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take 3-5 days to process. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
